Gerald has been an investment banker for more than 18 years. Before founding LEAP Capital in 2005, most of Gerald’s career was spent at Merrill Lynch, where Gerald was part of the Canada Corporate Finance team, and at Bear Stearns, where he was Managing Director – Technology Investment Banking. Gerald holds a BCom degree from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
